I have JUST NOW read of the changes of the Apollo site and I wanted to express to you my personal feelings concerning the changes.

It is my FIRM opinion that once this "gets around" Apollo will become a better site due to the changes.  I am also a member of s-------.com, and you would not believe how many men have commented to the effect of:

"Okay, guys, if this means you, so be it.  I know what a cock, butt and balls look like, so, if your ad is running with that view, I will not respond to you even if I like your ad otherwise.  I want to see your face."

And, I feel the same way because there ARE sites on the Internet where that is the type of photography one can view, and, on a Personals Site, while it maybe should be to the access of members, it should be done under a Private Viewing accessibility.

So, again, I wish to say that I, too, applaud your changes.  (Michelangelo's The Dying Slave at right)

Ron:  Your letter could not have come at a better time.  I had several "nasty grams" this morning, and after a while it gets exasperating.  I cannot believe that most men want to open a photo centered on the dirties spot on a man's body -spreaded wide.

Some gay Internet sites are all about fantasy (have you ever read or seen a male model with average genitals?), but at some point reality has to be given room.  Happy men spend more time operating out of their heads and hearts than from their crotches.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of men and their equipment.  But on Apollo I have tried to gather a collection of very old or at least artful photos of men.  Try as one might, one cannot have sex with someone on the net so why not get to know people who can put two intelligent sentences together outside the bedroom?
