With the 2006 mid-term election overwith, and so many anti-gay laws passing, it seems to me that gay men need to write will so that their partners get what they are entitled to. Every now and then Ron and I get a message about a man whose partner died and the deceased's family comes in and takes everything.
I know that talking about death and wills is a morbid subject - I always tell Ron, "lets talk about it later" - but it has to be done. If you have not already done so, please find a gay friendly lawyer to help you and your partner out with your will.
