Ron and I watched the vice presidential candidates spar October 2nd and were amazed the Sarah Palin did not have a deer in the headlight moment. She appeared nervous and rehearsed; she was constantly smiling. In fact, she looked like a contestant at a beauty pageant. On the other hand, Biden looked real.

Regarding content, the debate was lacking. Both the candidates spoke much about McCain and Obama and little about themselves. Palin still does not know what the vice president of the United States does, and Biden's answer regarding gay marriage left much to be desired. But that's just my opinion.
